Owner/Head Coach Coach Leo started martial arts at 9 years old, he began teaching in 2008 after relocating from DC to Colorado. While juggling a career in music, Leo managed to compete in various combat sports, including MMA. After a successful amateur career, major injuries and surgery brought his competitive journey to a halt. Following the birth of his daughter Harley, Leo switched his focus to teaching and coaching, eventually opening the original Forza in 2016.
Adult and Youth Muay Thai Coach
Coach Ryan began traditional martial arts as a child, he began competing as a teenager. Coach Ryan has competed in over 20 bouts between Muay Thai and MMA, he is also a purple belt in Jiujitsu. Currently Ryan Hoover has his sights set on the tournament circuit and hopes to run his own academy one day. Coach Ryan enjoys eating and collecting fancy Thai Boxing shorts.
Cara Greenwell started MMA at the age of 16, she has competed in Muay Thai and MMA, and owns a blue belt in BJJ. Having recently won the WCFL strawweight tournament, Cara is aiming to finish her amateur with TUFF Vegas and on the national Muay Thai tournament circuit. Aside from becoming UFC World Champion Cara hopes to become a nutritionist and personal trainer.
Assistant Youth Coach
All the way from Paris, this 17 year old juggernaut is our youngest competitor. As a foreign exchange student , Paul’s short time with us has seen him rapidly jump from our foundations class to our competition team. Paul’s patient and friendly demeanor makes him a perfect addition to our coaching staff. Away from the gym Paul enjoys PSG Futbol, appointments, and long bike rides.
Adults and Kids Assistant Muay Thai Coach
Former soccer star turned Thai Boxer, Sara Clarke began training at cardio kickboxing class, after some time Sara decided she needed something more applicable. Since moving to Forza, Sara has had multiple Muay Thai and Kickboxing bouts and assists with classes regularly. Coach Sara enjoys long walks on the beach, riding motorcycles, and Futbol. Her favorite technique is elbows…all of them.
Harley ‘WARBEAR’ Perrucci
Harley’s basically been kicking since she could walk. This future fighter can be spotted hanging around, greeting or encouraging students. Harley enjoys fruit snacks, rides on her trike, and chipmunks remixes.
